Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy

When booking an appointment through the website, or directly with me, full payment is required within 24 hours to secure your session.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be released and offered to someone else.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled time will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

If you need to reschedule, please aim to provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will fall under the cancellation policy, and a new booking will be required.

Package Sessions: Sessions that are part of a prepaid package are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, it should be rescheduled within 1 week of the original date, providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without timely rescheduling will be forfeited.

3. Events, Workshops & Training

Please note that due to extensive planning, advance preparation, and potential materials purchased, all payments for events, workshops, and training sessions are non-refundable.
We kindly ask that you ensure you can attend before booking.
