Mini relaxation club
This gentle, imaginative class helps children learn how to understand their feelings, calm their minds, and feel more confident through simple mindfulness tools. Using playful breathwork exercises, guided visualisations, movement, and relaxation techniques, kids discover how to settle their emotions, focus better, and build resilience in a fun and engaging way. Each session creates a safe, supportive space where children can explore calming practices that strengthen their emotional wellbeing, enhance self-awareness, and help them feel grounded both in and outside the classroom. Perfect for little ones who need a moment of peace, support with big feelings, or simply a place to relax and shine.

Self-love workshop
This 6-week nurturing workshop guides you back to the heart of who you are—through gentle Body and Mind movements, breathwork techniques, meditation, journaling, and empowering self-care strategies. Designed as a safe and uplifting space, the session helps you slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a deeper sense of compassion and acceptance for yourself. You’ll explore grounding breath practices to release tension, embodied movement to reconnect with your physical and emotional presence, and calming meditations that invite clarity and ease. Through guided journaling prompts and reflective exercises, you’ll uncover old patterns, honour your inner voice, and nurture a healthier, more loving relationship with yourself. Whether you’re beginning your self-love journey or seeking a deeper reconnection, this workshop offers practical tools, emotional nourishment, and a supportive atmosphere to help you feel more confident, empowered, and aligned. Come as you are—leave feeling centred, open-hearted, and more at home within yourself. On the last week of this workshop, I will hold a one hour and a half Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) session. This is a powerful, somatic healing practice using the breath to shift energy, release trauma, and elevate consciousness.
