This 6 weeks nurturing workshop guides you back to the heart of who you are—through gentle Body and Mind movements, breathwork techniques, meditation, journaling, and empowering self-care strategies. Designed as a safe and uplifting space, the session helps you slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a deeper sense of compassion and acceptance for yourself. You’ll explore grounding breath practices to release tension, embodied movement to reconnect with your physical and emotional presence, and calming meditations that invite clarity and ease. Through guided journaling prompts and reflective exercises, you’ll uncover old patterns, honour your inner voice, and nurture a healthier, more loving relationship with yourself. Whether you’re beginning your self-love journey or seeking a deeper reconnection, this workshop offers practical tools, emotional nourishment, and a supportive atmosphere to help you feel more confident, empowered, and aligned. Come as you are—leave feeling centred, open-hearted, and more at home within yourself. On the last week of this workshop I will hold an hour and a half Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) session. This is a powerful, somatic healing practice using the breath to shift energy, release trauma, and elevate consciousness. 💫 What Is CCB? CCB is a dynamic breathing technique where the inhale and exhale are connected without pause. It activates the body's natural healing process and supports emotional, mental, and spiritual transformation. 💫 Why do we do this? Our body knows how to heal and transform. However, we do not give it a chance to do so. We are too busy thinking, worrying about our job, our family or even what we see in the news. So, most of the time we are ignoring what is happening in our body. When we do breathwork we give ourselves the time and the space to heal and transform. But most importantly when doing CCB we are giving our body energy such as prana or life force. Our body then uses this energy to heal the parts that need to be healed. This is why everyone’s experience is different, and every time you do CCB you may have a different experience; because at every single moment our body needs to heal something different. 🧘‍♀️ What to Expect During the Session: Emotional and physical release (crying, laughter, tingling, hot or cold sensations, shaking...) Altered states of consciousness or deep meditative states A safe, supportive environment for processing Integration time to ground and reflect
